We invite you to visit: Ways of Knowing:
The 2008 Proceedings invite you to virtually attend the Symposium By clicking and enlarging the graphs provided by Cheryl Kartes, you will get a quick visualization of the entire presentation by the eight major speakers. For your enrichment, in the coming months we will post videos of most of these presentations. We believe that your virtual attendance will be enriched by this feature. Both the 2007 and 2008 Ways of Knowing™ Symposiums offer unique educational opportunities for healthcare professionals, administrators, and researchers. They represent the partnership efforts of the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing and the Life Science Foundation to make a contribution to an integrative healthcare system. The Life Science Foundation also partners with the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing in the development of a new, unique undergraduate course series: Whole Systems Healing. These groundbreaking courses help students identify and prepare for a rewarding 21st century life of service on behalf of the common good.Community Earth Councils are being launched by Eric Utne in conjunction with the Linden Hills Community Earth Council and other CECs. The intent is to create living, intergenerational dialogues among elders, young adults, and everyone in between on behalf of the Earth and a life-affirming 21st century.
Our Commitment The Life Science Foundation supports, partners, and produces projects which assist and improve the public understanding of issues related to health and well-being, the scientific exploration of the essence of life, intuition, and related topics.
